Sometimes I forget to read Cems (Jimmiz) Blog – and what surprises me, is that he said goodbye to his new blog as well, because he had a dispute with someone at blogg.de (not with me, of course). Now you can read him on Volker Webers “vowe.net”, where he acts as guest author under his real name, Cem Basman
Cem (Or “Jim” as he called himself in “Jimmiz Journal”) was one of the top bloggers in the growing world of the German Blogosphere. After a heart attack, he disappeared from the scene and returned with his “java blog” in English language.
Although do not know why he decided to quit blogg.de, it seems to me that blog communities are probably not the right choice for individualists or anyone else who longs for success – and that the value and strength of your voice in the web can not be rated by links you get from your fellow bloggers in your community.
The questions is just: What else can we do? Honestly, I'm asking myself the same questions – and furthermore, I hate the insider relationships in the German blogosphere in general.
